A. Information You Provide
- Address Information: City, Settlement, Sub-Settlement, Street Name, and Street Number.
- Service Provider Subscriptions: Your selections of which service providers you want notifications from.
B. Information Collected Automatically
- Device & Installation Identifiers
- FCM Token: A unique token provided by Firebase, used to deliver push notifications.
- Unique Device ID: A randomly generated identifier created at installation. Used to associate your address and subscriptions with your device.
- Location Information (with your consent)
- When using the “Find my address” feature, we request one-time access to precise location (GPS). This is used only to autofill the address form and is not stored or tracked afterward.
- Analytics & Usage Data
- Collected via Firebase Analytics, including device type, OS version, crash reports, and anonymous feature usage.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide Core Services: To send targeted utility shortage notifications based on your registered address and subscriptions.
- Improve the App: Analyze usage patterns and fix issues.
- Communicate with You: Respond to support inquiries or important service messages.
3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA):
- Consent: Location services (only if you grant permission).
- Contractual Necessity: Processing your address and subscriptions to provide the notification service.
- Legitimate Interests: Improving the app and ensuring security.
4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
We do not sell personal information. We share limited data only as follows:
